The Certificate in Professional Coaching (CPC) is awarded by North Point Academy upon successful completion of a 90-hour, ICF Level 1-aligned coach training programme.

This credential signifies that the holder has completed structured professional training, supervised coaching practice, mentor coaching, and formal performance assessment aligned to International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards.

This means:

• Curriculum aligns with ICF Core Competencies

• Mentor coaching meets ICF requirements

• Performance evaluation is embedded within the programme

• Graduates are prepared for progression toward ICF ACC credentialing

The CPC is a professional training certification awarded by North Point Academy and accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

ICF credentials (such as ACC) are awarded separately by the ICF following completion of required coaching hours and the credentialing process.
