You’ll engage with core material before class so live sessions focus on discussion, feedback, and real coaching practice.
Your transformation timeline
Real growth takes time and structure. Over six months, you’ll journey through five modules, each designed to build your identity as a coach.

After the five modules, you'll submit your graduation project.

Step 1
Welcome Email + Access
You’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to get started. It includes dates, access to the platform, and a warm welcome from our team.
Step 4
Attend 6 Months of Training
This is where it gets real. You’ll meet your cohort, your facilitators, and start your journey as a coach-in-training.
Step 2
Meet Your Mentor
You’ll be paired with a dedicated coach-mentor who’ll support you throughout the program. They’ll help you set goals and build your confidence from day one.
Step 3
Join Basecamp Coaching Community
Enjoy complimentary access to our private coaching community - a space for connection, support, and shared growth with fellow coaches.
Step 5
Get Your ICF Level 1 Certification
Upon completing your Graduation Project and final coaching assessment, you’ll earn your Level 1 Certificate in Professional Coaching.
Step 6
Apply for Your ICF ACC Credential
With your certificate and 100 hours of coaching experience, you’ll be ready to apply directly to the ICF for your Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
