Alignment with ICF Standards
The CPC is delivered as an ICF Level 1-aligned pathway.
This means:
• Curriculum aligns with ICF Core Competencies
• Mentor coaching meets ICF requirements
• Performance evaluation is embedded within the programme
• Graduates are prepared for progression toward ICF ACC credentialing

The CPC is a professional training certification awarded by North Point Academy and accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
ICF credentials (such as ACC) are awarded separately by the ICF following completion of required coaching hours and the credentialing process.
What This Means for Clients and Organisations
A CPC Alumni has:
• Completed structured, competency-based coach training
